The following terms and conditions apply to all booked courses at ARBEJDSMILJØEksperten.
If you want to change the course registration, you MUST send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the course number, the participant's name, company, and telephone number.
The place on the course may be transferred to another. If this is the case, we must be informed about the new participant's name and company, as well as telephone number and email.
If the course participant wishes to be moved to another course, this is possible until 7 days before the start of the course for DKK 500, after which 50% of the course price is paid.
If you cancel courses up to 21 days before the start of a course, an invoice of DKK 500 will be sent.
If cancellation occurs between 8 and 21 days before the start of the course, an invoice for 50% of the course price will be sent.
If cancellation occurs up to 7 days before the start of the course, the full course price is paid.
In case of absence from courses – the full course price is paid, no refund.
If the course has started and the course participant is prevented from completing the current course after day 1, participation on days 2 and 3 can be postponed to another course, for an additional fee of DKK 1,000 per day.
Course change, relocation, deregistration, etc. are ONLY valid when written confirmation has been received from ARBEJDSMILJØEksperten.
We reserve the right to cancel and relocate courses.
In that case, the course participants will be offered to participate in one of the other courses or have the course price refunded.
The invoice is sent before the start of the course.
We reserve the right to withhold the course certificate if we have not received the payment on time.
If we have to send the certificate due to late payment we will charge you an administration fee of DKK 250.
If a course certificate is lost, a copy of the course certificate can be obtained for DKK 500.
